- A really tiny bit about yourself, not any more than about 60 words, as interesting as you can make it so we are not all just saying the same as each other.
- 3 Examples of our work, again it doesn't have to be all ceramics.
- Why we want to use this space in particular. (Its a very big and bright, open space, lots of room for people to walk around. Accepts 3D work, allows plinths, can hold big pieces) Try to be creative about it so as we don't all say the same things. Include if you can something about living in Ards (Eddie) or your work being influenced by the Ards Peninsula (Jemma), this helps us to be accepted.
- A tiny bit about your work, can be the same as the piece for the curve gallery if you like.
We have around a year before we can get into this gallery so I think we should really think about what we want to make so as if the same people come to both shows there is something a bit different for them to see and not just all the same work. Also it is quite a big space so I think we would all need to have quite a lot of work and a bit of variety of work and medium. But I don't think we need to say in this proposal exactly what we want to make so we can talk to each other and work out what each of us wants to do a bit closer to the time.
Please send this to me by Thursday the 30th of August so as I can send it on to her by the Friday :)
I couldn't find a bigger picture of it. It is a beautiful space.
honestly you are a machine! I don't think anyone else on the planet could organise all of this :D im so excited please just keep throwing stuff at us or ill go insane!
ReplyDeleteIs the little 60 words at the start like a biography? so just a little bit about what drives us? or more about like oh, Jemma lives in a green house in northern ireland and longs for a basset hound...?
lol ok good :) i will find lots more to throw at you then! The 60 words is like both of those together so a bit about what inspires us and a little bit about you. :D
